Function:

Sodium cyclamate is an artificial sweetener. It is 30–50 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar), making it the least potent of the commercially used artificial sweeteners. It is often used with other artificial sweeteners, especially saccharin; the mixture of 10 parts cyclamate to 1 part saccharin is common and masks the off-tastes of both sweeteners. It is less expensive than most sweeteners, including sucralose, and is stable under heating. 

Application:

1.Being used in coffee, fruit juices, flavored water, cars, almond tea, black tea, soybean milk, canned food, jams, jellies, pickles, catchup and feed;

2.Bing used in comsmetics , syrup, icing, toothpaste, mouthwash, lipstick and so on;

3.Being used in seasoning and cooking;

4.Being  used as the substitute of sugar for diabetics and fat persons.
